Here’s some info we think may help... 

 

Q: What comes in MY pack?

A: Your pack will include: Lashes of your choice, a Canna-Brush(Spoolie), a Care Instruction/Thank you Card, Business Card (for Re-Up)

 

Q: What is the difference between an Eighth and a Quarter? 

A: Weight or Quantity. 3.5grams (3 pair of Lashes) 7grams (7 pair of lashes). PRICE: 3 for $25. 7 for $50. 

 

Q: Do I have to order an Eighth or Quarter?

A: No, You can order as many lashes as you like. Your discount will still apply.

*any additional lashes are $10 each.  4 pair ( 3 for $25 + $10). 

Q: I Put my lashes in the cart but they still come up for $30, what am I doing wrong?

A:You will use discount codes to ensure that your pack is properly priced. Discount Code information can be found on the Home Page. 

Q: Can i get Same Day Delivery? 

A: If your order is local and placed before 11am, you can be added to the delivery schedule. Local orders (Newport News/Hampton ($10). If you’re across any bridges opposite headquarters in Newport News there is a $15 delivery fee. There is an extra $5 to be paid via our cashapp ($hairbae). if the fee is not paid before 11am, your delivery will be for the next delivery day. 

 

Q: What is the Delivery Schedule?

A: Lash delivery is available for scheduling through messaging on Instagram.com/LashPack_

 

Q: Can I shop lashes in store?

A: Our instagram.com/cacollectionco will be updated with the Store location & Shopping hours and days, once they become available. (Turn on post notifications so you don't miss out). 

 

Q: How long is Shipping? 

A: Shipping is First Class Mail USPS. It can take between 3-5 Business days to receive your package. 

Q: When will my order ship? 

A: Orders are shipped Every Wednesday.
