Refund policy
We DO NOT offer returns due to the nature of the items application process and the items being beauty products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges if the item has not been opened, if you receive your package face to face with an employee and are not interested in the style at that time you can swap the item as long as it has not been touched.
Refunds
If an issue is made on our end that are manufacturer defect, incorrect delivery, or a mislabeled product, we will take refunds into consideration. Requests must be made within 24hrs of receiving the item and must be sent via EMAIL to thecaliforniacollections@gmail.com.
Refunds are issued in the method that the purchase was made. If a refund is approved please give us 24hrs to issue the refund and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
